Step 3: Your AI Generated Knowledge Base articles is saved in your helpOS dashboard
Step 4: You can now edit the article and publish it to your knowledge base

helpOS is the first AI enabled knowledge base article generator that helps you write knowledge base articles with the help of generative ChatGPT. The powerful AI model is trained to understand the context of your actions on screen, take screenshots of your actions, and generate an user friendly knowledge base article that is ready to be published.
Today, hundreds of hours are spent in writing knowledge base articles manually. Even worse, people spend so much time updating already published knowledge base articles with new screenshots, and new information. With helpOS, the process gets so much simpler.
People in support teams can now use ChatGPT and OpenAI to write knowledge base articles and keep them updated along with the latest screenshots. This saves both the customer support teams, and businesses hundreds of hours in time and money.
The AI modals that are being used is not just another out of the box APIs that we are using. It is being trained to make sure that the generated knowledge base articles are not just useful, but also user friendly, so that you can do less edits and publish them to your knowledge base quickly.

That's the goal. We are figuring out the best and the easy way to do this right now. The first step is to get the generative articles in your hands. The next step is to figure out how to keep those articles automatically updated with the latest screenshots of your product.
That is uncertain. Currently, we are investing a lot of money into paying for the OpenAI APIs. We are also investing a lot of time into training the AI models. We are not sure how much we will charge for the product yet. We will keep you posted.
